As a plant care associate you will be responsible for daily plant care on our retail benches as well as providing exceptional customer service and helping our customers with their plant selections.
Present a professional, positive and friendly experience for every customer
Previous plant experience and knowledge is an asset
Responsible for the daily health, care and maintenance of the plants including: pruning, condensing, treating, displaying and ensuring proper signage is in place.
Daily completion of replenishment (pick) sheets,
Daily recording write-offs and proper elimination of damaged plants
Daily housekeeping, maintaining a fresh clean environment
Must ensure reliable transportation is available to and from the greenhouse.
Observe safety and security procedures to complete work in a safe/timely manner.
The position requires that you can be physical and/ or standing for a full work day as well as be able to tolerate extreme heat and temperature fluctuations at times in the greenhouse
