Description

This is a full-time position responsible for the coordination and support of the Foundations fund-raising and community building plans and efforts.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Mont St. Joseph Home, the Coordinator cultivates, solicits and stewards donors of the Foundation.  It supports and provides leadership for the Foundations working committees tasked with fund raising projects and events.  It contributes to administrative functions including the Foundations data base system and reporting processes.

This function must live the Vision, Mission and Core Values of Mont St. Joseph Home.  She/he must demonstrate empathy, passion, respect and commitment to the Elders of MSJ Home.  Preferably, the successful incumbent will have a degree in a related field along with strong public relations and marketing skills.  Ideally, a CFRE designation.   This position requires strong computer and social media skills.  This person must be willing to work variable hours including evenings and weekends.
