McKay Career Training is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team. Duties include but are not limited to front desk duties, as well as assisting in all administrative duties for admissions and student finance.
Duties:
? Greet all clients and inquiries for admissions;
? Provide administrative support, completing reports, day to day correspondence and data entry;
? Handle all the day to day duties at the front desk;
? Handling of tuition payments;
? Filing of all necessary documents to student files;
? Handle all outgoing mail and courier services;
? Must have knowledge and experience with Microsoft program: Word, Excel and Access Data Base; and
? Assist the organization in the school with spirit day events.
Individual must have at least 2 years of office experience. Candidate must be well organized, professional in appearance and be self-motivated and individual needs to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
