1. Performs any combination of following duties to maintain kitchen or dining work areas and restaurant equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition: Sweeps and mops floors.
2. Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand.
3. Washes pots, pans, and trays by hand or dishwasher.
4. Perform food preparation and follow standard procedures.
5. And can work under pressure.
Dishwashing Skills
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
- Clean and polish silverware
Counter Attendant and Food Preparer Skills
- Take customers' orders
- Package take-out food
