Description

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Setting a clear vision and goals for the Sales Department.
Manage a team of Sales Consultants and Product Specialists. Providing training, support and guidance.
Engaging and motivating the team to achieve key goals and performance metrics.
Develop monthly and annual objectives for the department.
Maintain budgeted revenue and expense objectives for sales department.
Provide prompt, dependable, high quality service to (internal & external) customers.
Assisting Sales Consultants with closing deals and ensuring units are ready for delivery.

Qualifications & Skill Set:
The drive, determination and motivation to succeed every day.
Sales experience and expertise.
Knowledge of the Agriculture Industry.
Enthusiastic and eager to consistently set and achieve growth-oriented targets and goals.
Proven leadership ability to attract, develop, and retain great talent and build a team environment.
Strong financial and business acumen and the ability to drive revenue and profitability.

Minimum Requirements:
Willingness to relocate to Assiniboia, Saskatchewan.
Relevant Sales experience.
Enthusiastic and eager to consistently set and achieve growth-oriented targets and goals.
Proven leadership ability to effectively manage, motivate, develop, and retain great talent and build a team environment.
A desire for continuous improvement - leading and managing change aimed at bettering the business and customer experience.
Strong financial and business background
Superior communication and relationship building skills.
Strong organization, time management and follow-up skills.
Experience and desire to effectively work with business systems to streamline processes and drive better results.
Valid drivers license.
