The Yorkton Tribal Council Child and Family Services (YTCCFS) Inc. is seeking two (2) Full Time Permanent Integrated Family Service Workers based out of the city of Regina at the Members Nation Office and working with the clients in the City of Saskatoon. The Integrated Family Service Workers; Under the supervision of the Member Nation Program Manager; will provide a holistic approach to the wellness of the child, the family, and the community, that is based on the culture, traditions and practices along the continuum of care for children, and, to assess and plan for cultural and professional interventions with families. The Integrated Family Service Workers will work collaboratively with Elders and in conjunction with other Community Based Organizations in the cities of Regina and Saskatoon. The Integrated Family Service Worker will provide early intervention for at risk families and ensure children are safe by providing access to a range of developmental services for children and families. Applicants must have knowledge and commitment to the FSIN Child Welfare and Family Support Act, the Child and Family Services Act of Saskatchewan, INAC Child and Family Services, and the INAC Saskatchewan Region Child in Care Policy and/or must have a Bachelor of Indian Social Work or a Bachelor of Social Work or a Bachelor level degree in a directly related field.
