WESTERN HYUNDAI is currently hiring to add a new team member to our growing Service Department. This position is a full-time, permanent position and will involve extensive computer use (training on our internal computer programs will be provided), as well as dealing with retail customers at the dealership on a daily basis.
Duties will include booking and confirming service department appointments, following up with our customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction, interacting with customers in person, on the phone, and via email/text, accepting payment from customers for service work completed at the dealership, and much more.
Strong computer skills are necessary for this position as well as strong grammar and the ability to type at least 40 words per minute (wpm).
This position will offer a salary plus additional incentives based on sales results each month. Western Hyundai offers full Company benefits including a pension plan.
