The It & Security Technician will be responsible for remote technical support for both customers and field technicians. Maintaining system information and technical documentation. Remote servicing of electronic security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intrusion alarms.
Job Skills / Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Technical docmentation and verification
- Design system and layout
- Respond to technical inquiries
- Complete detailed and accurate paperwork
- Assist Field technicians
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post-secondary training
