Reporting to the Social Enterprise Manager, the Volunteer Coordinator will be energetic, reliable and possess a passion for supporting the happiness and wellbeing of volunteers supporting the Lloydminster Interval Home Society.
The successful candidate will coordinate the volunteer program, including recruitment, training and mentoring volunteers as they work to support the mission of the Lloydminster Interval Home Society.
As a member of the For The Interval Store team, the successful candidate will also have retail responsibilities related to the function of the Store.
This enthusiastic, professional individual works well in a team environment with a diverse work force and has excellent verbal and written communication skills. A minimum of one year of retail experience is required, and a post-secondary certificate in business management, volunteer coordination or fund development/fundraising or equivalent experience would be an asset. A valid drivers license and a clean driving record are mandatory, along with a minimum of 3 years driving and insurable history.
