The 4C Operator is directly responsible for the daily operation of the farm and will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of Cowessess Ventures Ltd. The Operator and CEO will jointly create a yearly work plan for the farm, which the Operator will be responsible to execute in a timely fashion through out the year. The 4C Operator is directly responsible for the livestock operation by ensuring that proper techniques are utilized in the care of stock and equipment. Be responsible for coordinating all activities related to the daily operation of the 4C business. Undertake a mentorship role for one or two Cowessess members on a part-time basis to help incorporate them into the operation.
