Northgate Bakery located at 1771 Winnipeg Street, Regina, SK is looking for Administrative Assistant with minimum of 1 year of work experience at this job position. Salary will be $15.00- $19.00/hour depending on the work experience and skills. This is a full time position with 32-40 hours/week of work. The selected applicant will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures, answering telephone and electronic as well as walk in enquiries, organizing meetings and training for the staff is needed, preparing invoices, reports and data as per office procedures, keeping a track for all the mails and electronic emails, ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
