Description

Visionpool Business Services is hiring SHAREPOINT CONSULTANTS.  This position will also be responsible for estimating effort for development of solutions, developing solutions according to the design and associated unit tests and providing analysis of reported defects and other technical issues, seeing them through to a solution.

Qualifications

    Minimum of 5 years experience with SharePoint development and administration
    Demonstrated experience troubleshooting on .NET development and SharePoint development and administration
    Demonstrated experience working with and a strong knowledge of database concepts and technologies  particularly Microsoft SQL and Oracle Databases
    Demonstrated experience providing alternatives and making recommendations for various technical solutions
    Demonstrated experience developing software/applications under software development best-practices, methodologies, and software development life-cycles
    Demonstrated experience communicating complex and highly technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
    Demonstrated experience contributing to project planning activities by producing detailed task breakdowns and estimates
    Demonstrated change management experience
