We are seeking a Legal Assistant for a full-time opportunity in the Corporate/Commercial Law group in our Regina office.

In this role, you will be tasked to:

Preparation of corporate documents

preparation of shareholder agreements

PPR searches, due diligence searches and corporate registrations

Managing client correspondence in relation to various matters and communicating directly with clients.

Administrative duties include file opening, general organization, billing, maintenance, research and time entry.

To be successful in this role, you possess:

A minimum of five (5) years experience as a Corporate/Commercial Legal Assistant and have a Certificate or Diploma from a Community College or equivalent.
Excellent organizational/follow up skills; attention to detail, proofreading and accuracy are required.

Ability to produce a high quality and quantity of work, occasionally under tight timelines.
Proactive with strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within an open team environment.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise discretion when necessary.
Superior verbal and written communication skills
