upervise food services associates, including scheduling/assigning work, participating in performance assessment;
Organize stock and equipment, ordering supplies and ingredients to promote efficiency of operation;
Inspect food and service quality;
Make sure standards of hygiene is maintained and the store complies with health and safety regulations;
Keep records, such as amount and cost of meals served and hours worked by employees
