We are seeking a professional and pro-active Sales Specialist in our Trailer Division with our team in Southey, SK. Successful candidates will be self-starters who are customer focused and demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with the leadership team, establish long-term, annual and quarterly sales and marketing goals and targets.
A proven track record with at least 5 years' experience as an effective sales professional in an inside or outside role, with measurable results.
Detailed oriented and willing to embrace a structured process
Drive sales success through metrics analysis and targeted coaching
Comfortable presenting valuable products with confidence in person and on the phone.
Possess the ability to quickly gain positive rapport in a face to face environment
Highly disciplined with natural energy and an outgoing personality
Experience with SalesForce or a CRM in general
Happy to work weekdays and weekends on a rotating schedule
Qualifications
Capable and confident individual focused on customer service
Self-motivated and Results-oriented
Strong Attention to Detail with Excellent Follow Through
Upbeat, Positive, Team-Oriented Nature
Familiarity with the trailer industry and the products that Flaman offers
