JS Truckmart (home of X-treme Towing) is growing again!  
We are a locally owned and operated business, providing 24 hour towing services as well as new & used parts sales.

We are looking to add an experienced Office Administrator to our team.  
This position will provide the qualified candidate with lots of opportunity for growth.  
The hours of work will be 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with an hour break for lunch.  
There is some potential for flexibility with the hours of work.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Minimum 2 years experience with QuickBooks
- Minimum 2 years experience working in a fast-paced office environment
- Exceptional skills with MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Ability to professionally greet and assist customers in person and over the telephone
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Willingness to be flexible and work with multiple managers and team members
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with GST, PST, payroll, and CCRA remittances would be an asset, but not required.

Job Description:
- Manage incoming customer traffic
- Accounts Payable entries & filing
- Accounts Receivable entries & filing
- Receive and post deposits on a daily basis
- Month-end Accounts Receivable Statements
- Reconciliations & AR collection calls
- Assist the management team with ad-hoc tasks
- Office duties related to towing appointments
