What can you expect in this role?

As the Store Leader, you will be responsible for meeting monthly sales targets, which will include training, motivating and the development of employees. Youll be a coach and a mentor and provide leadership to the team.

Youll recruit, interview and hire for all store positions to maintain optimal store staffing needs and schedule talent to maximize productivity. You will ensure proper floor coverage and floor management to maximize store volume.

As an effective communicator, you will share customer feedback, business trends and recommendations to the District Leader and promote brand initiatives to customers. Youll have a keen eye for merchandising and youll ensure the store maintains visual presentation standards and is replenished at all times.

What do you need to apply?

You have three to five years experience in retail roles, with at least two years in a leadership role and demonstrated success in recruiting, training, revenue generation and operations. Youll be empowered to own your career and be a part of a growing, dynamic and evolving company.
