I&M Welding & Fabricating Ltd. is looking for an Office Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative duties. The ideal candidate would be detail oriented with a friendly,positive attitude. Experience or training in bookkeeping processes and computer software would be an asset. Duties would include:
Data Entry with strong attention to detail.
Basic Bookkeeping- Keying Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel.
Scanning and filing of documents.
Training and/or experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Quickbooks.
Answer incoming calls, transfer calls, take messages.
Greet and direct incoming traffic.
Assist in the administration of the Company Safety Program.
The position is full-time and offers a complete benefit package.
