Description

As a graphic designer for CMAT Ground Based training Systems you will have a range of responsibilities focused on the design and development of leading edge media to deliver modern, scalable and continually improving computer based training solutions.  Your unique combination of outstanding teamwork and full stack graphic design skills will allow you to develop one of a kind aviation media in concert with internal subject matter experts. Your products will be directly deployed in the delivery of sleek modern ground school package for military student pilots from Canada and around the world.

Specific tasks will include;

Use of Adobe Creative software to design and produce aviation related imagery, animation and videos to be used in the ground school curriculum;
Internal website maintenance and improvement; and
Use and administration of locally based Learning Management System software for delivering computer-based training
The ideal candidate will have a graphic design certificate or degree from a recognized college or university with extensive experience in Adobe design (or similar) software, web development and a supporting portfolio.  Additionally, experience in at least one modern programming language (Node, JS, C#, ASP, .Net, Python, etc), will be an asset.
