Dynamic Disposal Ltd is looking for a part time to full time bookkeeper. We are looking for a team member that has experience in general office duties.
Duties would include full range of administrative services -
Word processing- MS office programs,Quick Books, handling phone calls, messages and transferring calls, dealing with customers , clerical work including filing,invoicing, accounts receivable and payable.
Qualifications: Administrative assistance experience is an asset.Knowledge in Quick books is an asset , excellent communication and organizational skills, computer skills and be willing to be trained in new software. Ability to manage multiple tasks and manage deadlines.
