JOB DUTIES
- inspect supplies equipment and work areas to ensure conformance to health standards
- instruct workers in proper in proper food preparation
-weigh measure and mix ingredients according to recipes instructed by management
- maintain inventory and records of food supplies and equipment
-operating cash register, serving and taking customers orders in polite, friendly manner
-working with deep fryers
-general cleaning duties sweeping, mopping, dishwashing
