We succeed because of our members and customers, so we're searching for someone who is passionate about the customer experience and guest service. A professional with farm or commercial background, and forklift or skidsteer training is an excellent asset.

A part-time (approx 35 hours) position has become available at our Estevan Agro Cardlock location on Kensington. The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:


1. To come to work with a positive, professional approach and attitude that aligns and strengthen the Co-operatives vision, mission, values and brand along with being  dependable for all scheduled shifts

2. To be dependable for all scheduled shifts.

3. To provide information, assistance and service to customers in a manner which will promote the sale of merchandise and meet the needs, requirements and expectations of the customer To ensure outstanding, courteous customer service is provided at all times to all internal and external customers.

4. To be familiar with and adhere to Southern Plains Co-op Policies and Procedures.

5. To perform exterior housekeeping and maintenance duties.

6. To perform interior housekeeping and maintenance duties.

7. To order, receive and display merchandise as directed by the Manager.

8. To operate and understand the till system.

9. To perform opening and closing procedures as directed by the manager.

10. Safety

11. Able to life up to 50 lbs repetitively

12. Assist in light administrative duties

13. Other duties as assigned.
