Job Description:
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards, policies and procedures.
- Manage and coordinate staff schedules
- Party planning, taking reservations and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage food and liquor inventories
- Managing social media: Facebook and Instagram
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing tasks as needed
Job Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant or related industry or educational equivalent.
- Performance management and proficiency
- Coaching, training and developing standards of professional service
- Strategic planning, decision making and process improvement
- Some knowledge of the pool industry is an asset
