Description

The Lloydminster Interval Home is looking for a Part Time Temporary Case Plan Facilitator commencing March 1, 2019  October 31, 2019 with a possibility of extension.  The Case Plan Facilitator works directly with residential clients to develop on-going case and safety plans.  They provide Danger and Domestic Violence Survivor Assessments, outreach services, as well as coordinating regular one on one meetings with clients.  The Case Plan Facilitator works collaboratively with Frontline Crisis Intervention Workers assisting with client intakes and discharges, referrals, advocacy, managing household duties, telephone and in-person support to women in crisis.  A flexible schedule that includes some evenings and weekend hours is required.

We are seeking someone who has a passion for helping others and enjoys working in a fast-pace environment. The individual must possess confidence in making quick decisions and the ability to build positive connections with others.  They must be committed to empowering others by focusing on strengths. The individual must possess strong computer, written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:
A post- secondary education in a Human Services program, experience working with vulnerable populations and a solid understanding of domestic violence and the effects of trauma is required.  Applicants must also have a clean drivers abstract with a minimum of 3 years driving and insurance history.
