Join our team as a Deal Administrator | Brokerage in Saskatoon.
Who you are:
Strong client relationships are important to you. You enjoy playing a central role in in offering exceptional service to our sales team by bringing superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to everything you do. This position is responsible for the coordination and completion of all legal documentation in the Brokerage area for any and all transactions pertaining to Sales and Leasing.  
This position is busy and demanding.  At any given moment paperwork may need to be completed for an Offer, a Title Search, a Lease or a Counter Offer, so the ability to multi-task and prioritize and yet work accurately is of significant importance.
This is an administration-heavy role that requires the patience to attend to many changes (to documents, to tasks, etc.), while maintaining a keen attention to detail.

What you bring:
Minimum of two (2) years related business experience in a fast-paced and dynamic administrative position where strong communication is valued.
Demonstrated above average understanding of legal real estate documents would be considered an asset, including the ability to apply common sense to all correspondence while identifying and respecting matters of confidentiality.
Relevant post-secondary education from a recognized business school.
Strong relationship-building ability, while collaborating and working effectively within a team environment, being proactive, results-oriented, and resourceful.
Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, creating excellent product quality with attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to proofread detailed documents.
Exceptional Microsoft Word and Excel skills and working knowledge of a Client Relationship Database (CRM).

Bonus skills and experience:
Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks and/or real estate databases.
