Our Peterbilt dealership in Lloydminster, SK is now seeking resumes for a Service Manager.

You will be responsible for:

Leading a collaborative service department that achieves long-term consistent growth
Managing the day to day operations, both in expense management and revenue generation,
Recognizing what is in the best interest of the department and company; making decisions accordingly
Coordinating work flow through the shop and on the road; ensuring work is completed efficiently and on time
Managing repair orders, warranty and OEM product improvements. Confirming they are closed, submitted and that proper payments are accounted for in a timely manner
Employee satisfaction including directing and monitoring development
Managing departmental HR responsibilities in accordance with company policies
  
We need someone that has:

Minimum three years of experience in managing a Service Department for truck and trailer
Class 7 & 8 truck product knowledge
Dynamic and inspiring leadership and team building skills
Strong personal sales ability with solid accounting and financial skills
English verbal and written skills are required
