Whiskey & Pearls Hair Salon is an education based salon, and love working at the forefront of industry trends and techniques. We are a commission based salon however we ensure staff are paid a base salary or commission whichever is greater. Commission rates are negotiable depending on experience and if you have existing clientele. Commission rates also have performance incentives so the more business you do the more you earn.
