The R.M. of Tullymet No. 216 invites applications for the position of Seasonal Maintenance Operator with duties to commence spring 2019 (typically April 15th).
Duties of the position to be as determined by council but will typically include: operation of tractor and mower, box scraper, sign and culvert maintenance, equipment repairs, road repairs. Preference will be given to applicants with prior experience in road maintenance, and who have the ability to operate heavy equipment such as graders, tractors, etc.
A valid Class 5 Drivers License is required and use of own truck with mileage reimbursement from R.M.
The position is full time, seasonal paid hourly, includes Municipal Employees Pension Plan.
The RM Shop is located outside of Balcarres.
