Southern Plains Coop invites applications for the position of HR Adviser. Under the direction of the HR Manager the HR Adviser is responsible for providing daily HR services to the retail team leaders and members. As an HR Generalist, the incumbent will provide support to the Retail HR Manager with respect to and the scoop of duties including payroll administration, talent acquisition, integration/orientation, labour relations, training and development and coaching and support for all other talent management practices. This individual will develop towards the HR Manager role in 3-5 years.
