Join our client, a member organization that supports professionals in the service industry here in Saskatchewan. Our client has a great temporary opening (3-6 months) for a Communications Assistant to join the team and provide communications/marketing support in their busy office.
Duties will include:
- Regular website updates, maintenance, and reporting of metrics using Google Analytics
- Database development and customization
- Creation, publication, and distribution of an e-newsletter every 2 months
- Management of company social media accounts with a focus on increasing online presence
- Designing promotional material with staff guidance
- Supporting Communications Committee
Education & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years website administration experience
- Experience in Microsoft Publisher required, In-Design experience an asset
- Experience using mySQL and/or creating queries will be considered an asset
- Office education and/or communications training considered an asset
