Work towards meeting the companys sales targets and objectives
Leading and monitoring the daily operations of the warehouse including scheduling, inventory, and shipping and receiving
Managing and planning daily workloads to meet key performance metrics
Leading your team towards continuous improvement through the facilitation of coaching, team building, idea suggestion, and accountability
Identifying areas for operational improvement
The Ideal Candidate:
5 years or more of supervisory experience, preferably within a warehouse setting
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a successful team
Warehouse and distribution experience an asset
Completion of post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management an asset
