Description

We are currently taking applications for a Membership & Child-Minding Service Representative for part time morning, evening and weekend shifts available. This person will report directly to Salina Marceau, Supervisor of Membership Services & Selina Muir, Manager of Membership & Fitness Services.

The Membership & Child-Minding Service team ensures all members and potential members receive excellent service and accurate information, while providing excellent care to children in a safe, clean and comfortable environment. The Membership & Child-Minding Service Representative is part of a team that ensures all key indicators of sales and customer service are met and/or exceeded, leading to an improved experience as a member of the YMCA of Moose Jaw.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Customer Service Experience
- Continuous Quality Improvement
- Excellent organizational and inter-personal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Previous experience working with children
- Ability to establish and maintain harmonious relations with children and parents
- Ability to work independently, organize and multitask

- Successful candidates will be required to provide a current and satisfactory Criminal Reference Check/Vulnerable Sector Search issued no later than 6 months preceding your start date  
- Valid OHS Standard First Aid & CPR Level C with AED, within 2-year validation
