As the Research Manager, you work with clients and lead an internal team to design research approaches and methods that ensure clients receive critical information to help them make better business decisions. As a key member of our team, you will manage strategic research initiatives and present recommendations that allow clients to see the story in the data.
You are adept at client management. You ensure you have a thorough understanding of client needs and can deliver on client expectations. Your leadership style provides your team with clear direction to design, execute and analyze primary research to produce outstanding results.
As a strong project manager, you can juggle multiple projects successfully and you thrive in a time-sensitive environment. Your highly honed analytical skills and keen focus on detail result in a high-quality product. You enjoy digging in and getting the work done, though you can also take a step back to contemplate different approaches.
As the Research Manager, you thrive in an environment where intellectual curiosity is nurtured and new and innovative approaches are celebrated.
Qualifications:
    A university degree in a related discipline, preferably in business or management
    5+ years of professional research or management consulting experience
    3+ years of supervisory experience
    Proficiency with MS Office and a statistical package such as SPSS, R or Q
    Excellent communication and presentation skills
