The Business Development Manager is a key contributor in driving our business in new markets. You are able to grasp the value we provide to clients quickly, and can identify potential clients and work with our internal team to pull together the written proposals, presentations and pitches required to secure new business.
You set the pace for our business. Reporting directly to the President, your input impacts strategy and your ability to execute drives our growth. You are not afraid to set big goals, and know you have the ability to harness a team to achieve those goals.
Confident and capable, you develop new business relationships with ease. Communication is your strength. Your communication skills shine through in proposals, client presentations, marketing blogs, case studies and the like. Your writing captivates your audience, answering the questions they didnt know they had, and providing them with the solution they have been seeking.

As a senior leader, you prosper in an entrepreneurial environment. You thrive under pressure and can coordinate the resources you need to deliver professional and persuasive presentations to clients.
Qualifications:
    A university degree in a related discipline
    3+ years of research experience and a solid understanding of various quantitative and qualitative methodologies used in the research process
    5+ years of experience selling professional services (market research, business intelligence, insight, data, etc.)
    Proficiency with MS Office (Adobe Creative Cloud is an asset)
    Excellent communication and presentation skills
