Riviera Motor Inn is currently looking for a Night Auditor who will be responsible for the processing of arrivals and departures, registering the days transactions and corrects all errors. The Night Auditor is responsible for all emergency situations during his work shift. In addition, the Night Auditor takes care of all Guest Service Agent responsibilities occurring during the night shift.

Responsibilities:
    Greeting Guests. Check guests in and out of rooms; ensure that all guest information is accurate and up to date ensuring standards are maintained throughout arrival and departure process
    Confident and knowledgeable about the city and events in order to assist guests with inquiries
    Professional communication with all departments
    Receive methods of payments and posting accurately to proper accounts
    Answer the phone, take room reservations, and ensure that guests requests are met
    Provide value added service to Guests by meeting and anticipating needs and expectations
    Resolves guest's concerns in a thoughtful manner while maintaining hotel standards
Qualifications:
    Previous Hotel Front Desk/Night Audition Experience preferred
    Excellent communication & organizational skills    
    Comfortable with computer programs and software    
    Ability to multi task and work well under pressure    
    Ability to problem solve
    Professionalism  
This is a part time position which could become a full-time position; however, for full-time position, in order to achieve that you must have open availability with adaptability of working various shifts (mornings, mid shift, evenings, weekends and some night shifts as necessary).
