SuperiorRoads Solutions has an opportunity for a high-energy, highly personable and talented sales specialist.

SuperiorRoads is a growing and diverse Saskatchewan-based manufacturing company providing innovative road maintenance equipment to markets around the world. As our new sales representative, you will initiate and build relationships with North American customers, dealers and distributors. You will actively pursue business growth while maintaining customer satisfaction.

You are a motivated, highly professional and confident individual with a passion for sales. You love getting out and talking to customers, building relationships and finding solutions for them. You aren't afraid to get in the cab to operate our road equipment or tweak the systems when needed. And you are able to sit down at your computer to research markets or produce sales projections and reports.

The successful candidate will have:
-  Three to five years of related experience
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of heavy industrial equipment and a strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to engage equally well with high level officials, contractors and road workers
- Strong presentation and computer skills
- Willingness to travel regularly
