Job Description: This position is responsible for the assessment, development and coordination of regional telehealth initiatives as well as the development of resource materials, awareness, programming and promotion for telehealth utilization.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in a health-related field or equivalent
A combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
Valid driver's licence and access to a personal motor vehicle for transportation related to Region business
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Intermediate computer skills
Problem solving skills
Ability to communicate with and maintain an effective working relationship with clients from diverse social, economic and cultural backgrounds
Ability to competently use computers and software applications as required by the position
Ability and willingness to travel and work flexible hours including evenings/weekend as required
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development
Ability to communicate clearly through written, electronic (e.g. Telehealth), and verbal medium

Part Time Employees: scheduled hours of work may be reduced during the rotation stipulated when a statutory holiday is recognized during that period.
