Position Summary:

The Manufacturing Test Engineering Manager, reporting to the Vice President Manufacturing Engineering, manages the planning, development, and implementation of procedures required for the volume manufacture of complex RF & Digital modules and systems.  Accountable for Specifying tests to be performed, identifying data to be gathered which drives testing decisions, making recommendations for changes required in testing equipment procedures, manufacturing processes, new testing requirements and/or design of testing equipment.  Recommends the purchase of test equipment.  Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
