We have a position available for an Executive Assistant in our Regina Customer Support Centre.  Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer  Distributed Products, this position will support Senior Executives by utilizing project management skill sets and administration competencies. With the ability to pace and manage multiple demands and priorities simultaneously, the Executive Assistant will perform a variety of advanced, high-level administrative functions, including coordinating and assisting in preparation of presentations and reports, providing administrative support for senior executive calendars, working with outside suppliers and vendors, coordinating tours, organizing travel, and the coordination of various projects.

The successful candidate will possess a post-secondary certificate in this field and a minimum 3 years experience reporting to a senior manager.  A certificate in project management is considered an asset. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional organizational and decision-making skills.  The ability to work independently and with a high level of discretion is critical.
