This position is within the Credit Operations department and delivers operational, administrative and client support for a range of products utilized by Credit Unions and commercial clients.  Focus will be on service excellence, innovation, cost efficiency, business retention, enhanced client relationships and profitability.

The Credit Operations Officer is responsible for the delivery of front line client service to credit unions and corporate clients through effective client interactions, financial processing, reporting and analysis as well as ensuring compliance to legislated, regulatory and policy requirements.  As the successful incumbent, you may focus on accurate processing of loan/leasing transactions, including payments and remittances to partners in accordance with amortization schedules along with day to day processing of all credit products.
