Do to the success and growth of our organization, a position for a Sales Manager/Team Leader has become available. We are seeking an individual with exceptional skills and knowledge in sales process, product knowledge and deal closing, to lead a team of 4 or more sales persons.
The successful applicant will have a proven record of achievement in leading, training and supervising a sales team. As Roadway is a learning organization, the applicant must be versatile and amenable to cross to other positions. He/She must be used to flexible hours and comfortable in a results based compensation plan.
