The key duties of the financial officer will be:
1) Processing payroll and accounts
2) Prepare financial reports
3) process supplier invoices and lease agreements
Provide financial advice for procurement of essential services and supplies. Maintain accurate records and manage the payments
The Financial officer must monitor the budget and reconcile actual hours worked against approved budgets.
Prepare reports and oaths for training sessions.
Safeguard all personal and banking information.
Qualifications:
Experience: Processing accounting and payroll,
Operating an automated accounts system
Familiar using window based computer applications.
The candidate must be non-partisan and must be able to work full time September to Mid November.
Applicants must currently live in the Electoral District.
