Description

Through development and execution of technology adoption programs to educate and advance with rapidly changing technology, the Senior Technical Analyst  Technology Adoption is instrumental in improving integration of enterprise solutions and enabling enhanced business capabilities and processes, and improving the quality and efficiency of ITS services. The Senior Technical Analyst is responsible for all aspects of the technology adoption process: analysis, design, training, documentation, communication and reporting. This position works closely with stakeholders and clients across Saskatchewan Polytechnic to identify, develop and support innovative solutions for business needs.

The Senior Technical Analyst is required to maintain an expert level of professional knowledge of new technology. Expert knowledge of service and support environments and the importance of Knowledge Management to provide continuous improvement of process for service support requirements and customer satisfaction is required by this position.

The Senior Technical Analyst works independently on large scale projects and change initiatives within a highly complex, enterprise environment requiring understanding of Saskatchewan Polytechnics enterprise applications and business processes. This position serves as a subject matter expert to stakeholders, and also serves as assistance escalation point for other IT Analysts and Support.

This position can be located in Saskatoon, Regina, Moose Jaw or Prince Albert.
