Description
Grain Farm at Yellow Grass Saskatchewan. Near the town of Weybun. We are a larger grain farm with multiple machines. Job will consist of running all types of machinery tractor (air Drill), sprayers, combines and hauling grain. We Run mostly John Deere equipment. Generally throughout the season there is 3 staff members along with myself and my father. Harvest and seeding staff numbers go up slightly. Will also be asked to do other jobs thought the growing season typical of a grain operation.
- Works full time + during seeding & harvest (long hours + weekends)
- out of the peak parts of the season hours can be more flexible.
- Has experience with farm machinery (air drill, SP sprayer, swather, semi, grain cart etc)
- Can work independently
- Has a class 1A drivers license (preferably)
- ability to work with others in the operation and take direction
- Have the ability to work on there own and complete a task at times
We are a flexible family based operation. Everyone here is treated with respect and are given opportunities to lean and enjoy the work environment. Competitive wages are available and wage is determined on applicants abelites. This job offer is for the full growing season starting April 1 going tell the end of November for sure. Possibility of full time.
