Description

The Food and Beverage Manager position is responsible for planning and overseeing the Food and Beverage daily operations and special events.  This professional position will manage all staff and operations of the concessions including reception duties, shipping and receiving, contract management, supplies and compliance with all health regulations and general troubleshooting. The Food and Beverage Manager will also be responsible for all budgetary items, inventory and safe serving of food and alcohol. The manager must enforce City of Estevan policies and procedures, and meet the expectations of the customers while exhibiting a high level of customer service.
