The Role: (not limited to)
Reporting to the owner, the Controller will assist with the management of and the full cycle accounting, and standard journal entries
Preparation and review of monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and supporting schedules, and support of year-end close requirements
Manage all phases of financial risk management, corporate accounting, and general business strategy
Review and approve job cost reconciliations
Oversee and review all payables and receivables
Preparation and review of monthly and quarterly cash flow projections
Assist in the planning and preparation of annual budgets, and preparation of quarterly and yearly forecasts
The Ideal Candidate: (not limited to)
CPA, CA or CMA designation
Minimum of 10 years of full cycle, industry-relevant accounting experience
Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
Advanced level MS Excel and MS Word skills with a solid working knowledge of industry-relevant accounting software (AccPac Sage)
