Our client, a well-established and prestigious law firm, is looking for a Corporate Paralegal to join their team in Regina.  Working with a team of corporate commercial lawyers, you will:

Preparing documentation for Saskatchewan and federal companies, including incorporations, re-organizations, continuances, amalgamations, dissolutions, and restorations;
Preparing and filing documents for partnerships, limited partnerships, business names and extra-provincial registrations;
Updating, maintaining and correcting deficiencies in corporate Minute Books.
General search and administrative experience.

Candidates must have extensive Corporate Legal Assistant experience.

Education & Experience:
- Office Education Certificate or Legal Diploma is an asset.
- Knowledge of legal policies and procedures and legal terminology is required.
- Minimum 5 years of legal experience, within the corporate law area.  
- Candidate must have transactional and drafting experience.

Computer: Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook. Experience using in-house computer software programs.
