The Cook will be responsible for organizing, producing and distributing meals prepared in the kitchen.
The cook must be able to stand for long periods of time and work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
The cook will also be responsible for keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies when needed.

Specific Skills
- Organize and manage buffets and banquets
- Order supplies and equipment
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Estimate food requirements and costs
- Work with minimal supervision
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Work with specialized cooking equipment (deep fryer, etc.)
- Clean kitchen and work areas
