Facility: MENTAL HEALTH OUTPATIENT
Job Description: The incumbent is accountable for the provision of direct concurrent mental health and addictions services to adults and their families.  These services include case management, individual and group counselling and public educations/consultation in the area of mental health and addictions.  The incumbent shall apply recovery principles and function within practices of Mental Health and Addictions program management model.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Psychiatric Nursing or Bachelor Degree in Social Work
Ability to travel to urban and rural areas required
Degree in Addictions, Social Sciences, or Human Services disciplines requiring a bachelors degree
Experience
2 years experience in the mental health and addictions field.  
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability and willingness to travel and work flexible hours including evenings/weekend as required
Ability to facilitate educational and skill development groups.
Ability to be self-directed, creative, and collaborative, in a multi-disciplinary team environment
Ability and willingness to work co-operatively and effectively with other staff members, and external partners
  Demonstrated above average clinical assessment skills, case planning, consultation and supervision  
A strong working knowledge of the Developmental Model of Recovery, the Saskatchewan Model of Recovery Services, the Motivational Assessment Process and the policies and procedures established by Mental Health and Addictions Services
A strong working knowledge of addictions and mental health related issues and the effects on the individual, family unit and community<
