Adecco is currently hiring for a full-time Pipeline Integrity - Integrity Digs Engineer for one of our TOP clients in Regina, Saskatchewan. To be considered for this Pipeline Integrity engineer role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Geotechnical, Civil, Metallurgical, Materials or Industrial systems engineering and at least 3 years of experience.
Pipeline Integrity - Integrity Digs Engineer Responsibilities:
- Lead the Transmission Pipeline Integrity Digs Program on midstream natural gas system.
- Plan, organize and execute integrity digs which follow primarily from in-line inspection programs, with other investigations oriented as exploratory or confirmation digs.
- Direct non-destructive examination technicians, perform corrosion and crack assessments and ensure compliance with required codes and standards.
Pipeline Integrity - Integrity Digs Engineer Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Geotechnical, Civil, Metallurgical, Materials or Industrial systems engineering.
- Degrees in Electrical, Chemical, Environmental or Engineering Physics would be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Valid Class 5 (or equivalent) driver's license
- Previous field experience would be an asset. Travel will be 40% - 50% of time in the field
- Minimum 2 years of experience working on oil and gas pipelines
- Working knowledge of CSA Z662
- NDE experience
- P.Eng designation would be considered an asset
- CSA Z662 or ASME B31.3 training or certification would also be considered an asset
